Jesmond Joggers are an England Athletic Mental Health Club. We have dedicated Welfare Officers who help to ensure the club is a safe and inclusive environment.
We put a big focus on positive mental wellbeing, with regular events including:
Monthly “Run and Talk” sessions which focus on talking to each other and enjoying a relaxed run at a slower pace
Monthly park run meetups, where we all run a park run and go for coffee afterwards
JJ’s yoga on a Tuesday night, run by our very own Hannah
Jesmond Joggers Running Club prides itself on being a friendly and inclusive running club.
