Jesmond Joggers are an England Athletic Mental Health Club. We have a group of dedicated Mental Health Champions who do all they can to make our club as friendly and inclusive as it can be.
We put a big focus on mental health, with regular events including:
Monthly “Run and Talk” sessions which focus on talking to each other and enjoying a relaxed run at a slower pace
Monthly park run meetups, where we all run a park run and go for coffee afterwards
JJ’s yoga on a Tuesday night, run by our very own Hannah
Jesmond Joggers Running Club prides itself on being a friendly and inclusive running club.
